ACTIONS
Springfield Council is working on two bills to introduce to the legislators.  We need your help! One is on the public display of the Ten Commandments, the other is on a modified version of HB 35, to do with the way  of teaching  evolution in the public school.  Each  council will be receiving copies, or you can request a copy from the office.  We need you to be getting the information to your churches, families & friends.  We need everyone to contact your representatives, let them know you want these bills to be passed!  We need to be working on this now.  We also have the information on how to contact your representatives.

Springfield council is also having a Prayer Breakfast for pastors to inform them of actions being taken.
*They will also make available training on running for the school board.

*COUNCIL NEWS*
We welcome our newest Council, Birch Tree! They are already taken ACTION!  They are working on getting a Freedom From METH Rally in their area.
*Mountain Grove: Taken the STD, DVD to the Christian school and several pastors in Hartville. Working on the possibility of a Freedom From METH Rally
*Arcola: Got the ok from the Principal at the Greenfield High School for the students to view the DVD on STD’s. They are hoping it to be shown to students in the Fall. A special thank you to the school nurse for the perseverance in keeping this issue in front of the Administration. Will participate in the Greenfield Freedom From METH Rally, August 27th.
*Raymore: Several  planning to attend Sept. 14th Jefferson City, Special Session.
*Marshall: Working on getting information on the bills for the legislators to people. Taking Pastor Packets to area pastors & Organizations for Gregory to do a presentation.
*Humansville: Contacting  legislators on the bills for 10 Commandments & evolution. Going to Jefferson City, Sept.14th.  Will attend Released Time Christian Education and will work on getting it in Humansville! METH Support Group meets every Friday night @ 7p.m. Had table at Freedom From METH Rally in Springfield, June 11. Will have a table at Stockton Rally also.
*Springfield:  Holding  a Prayer Breakfast for pastors, July 23. To promote Released Time Christian Education, The bills that  will be introduced to legislators, & on school board training that they will provide.
Also, council members wrote a letter to the Springfield superintendent on two issues that the school violated Mo. Law statues.  Do you know what your kids are being exposed to in their public school curriculum?

RIDE FOR LOVE
UPDATE: June 15, 2005
They were in Oshkosh, NE for a two day Christian Retreat in Buffalo Canyon.  They are now on route to Wyoming. Things are going great for these two riders. Many blessings have come their way.

FREEDOM From METH
UPDATE:
Several communities have contacted Dick Dixon, wanting to have a Rally!
The most important part is to have a METH Support Group, to begin a week after the Rally. Many people are accepting  Jesus Christ as their Savior! They want out of this bondage they are in. A Humansville native and once- most -wanted in Bolivar, (by his own admission) Dusty Piper, is radically spreading that the only true freedom comes from the blood of Jesus Christ!  Several testimonies have been taken from METH survivors, almost all said it was only possible through, Jesus Christ!

What kind of day we have is entirely up to us! If we choose to have a bad day, then a bad day we shall have, but if we choose to have a good day then a good day is what we will have. It is entirely up to you, what kind of day you will have.

GREGORY’S  UPCOMING PRESENTATIONS:
Gregory will be making presentations in Kentucky, June 26th.  He will be at Harrisburg, Ky @ the Fellowship Baptist Church for the morning service. That evening @ 6:30 p.m., he will be at Hesler Assembly of God in Owenton, Ky.
On July 3 he will be @ River of Life Fellowship in Osceola, Mo. @ 10:45 a.m..
On July 10th @ 7 p.m. he will be @ the First Christian Church of Shell Knob.
